Be the Best Award Winners for September 09
1st Claire Convery - Client Services
Claire has been a star LBM employee now for several years and her resilience in demanding and challenging situations has been noticed before on many occasions.
This award is for her ability to juggle significant responsibility for O2 and CPW, whilst playing a major part in the recent successful O2 Ireland pitch. Claire's ability to consistently put the customer first, despite the challenges, and to look after the customers interests, makes her a leading proponent of what LBM calls "Managed Accounts".
2nd Danny Goodier - British Gas campaign
The performance of Danny and his teams in getting the British Gas campaign off the ground so successfully, and ensuring we very quickly got to number one against all competition, has been a great example of LBM teams striving to "Be the Best". The result of this is the potential to increase the number seats on the campaign in coming months.
3rd David Dean - Vodafone campaign
Another long overdue winner is David Dean. In the absence of his Call Centre Manager, Dave delivered a record breaking month in August, leading to growth with the client. He also implemented new systems to ensure that commercial rules were not broken. At the same time, he has mentored a number of DSA agents, who are ready to take the next step upwards in their careers - a critical achievement, as LBM needs more new managers if we are to take advantage of the growth opportunities our clients are offering us.
Other LBM employees nominated by their managers in September were: Ash Hamid, Ashley Smith, Danny Dunphy, Dave Potter, Dorian Davis, Stephen Kenyon and Ben Hartley
