1st Caroline Wills - Client Services, Bredbury
There are many people contributing to the great success of the MORE TH>N campaign. Caroline has been on the campaign for 2.5 years and works closely with Operations to drive performance, and with the Data Insight Team to improve our opportunities to sell. The result is that MORE TH>N is an outstanding Managed Account, delivering "Be the Best" performance through Intelligent Contact.
2nd Neil McClughan, Belfast IT
Neil has recently taken on a project, with the Finance team, to look at internal printers. The result so far is a shortlist of 2 suppliers, offering new print management solutions that will deliver a better service and a saving of £30-40k per annum. Great work, Neil!
3rd Michael Hoye - Vodafone, Middleton
Taking over the team in his manager's absence, Michael has demonstrated all of a team manager's skill in driving performance via a pro-active approach, continually generating suggestions and ideas to improve results.
