1st Kim Wilson - Data Fulfilment team
Giving great service to our data customers is fundamental to our strategy to "be the best" in the sector and Kim consistently goes the extra mile, often under great pressure, to make sure we never let our customers down. She is highly valued by her team and the sales people.
2nd Jason Marshall - Technology Team
The implementation of the new MPLS and internet connection, over 3 years, provides a new modern platform for LBM and is already generating major benefits. Jason's exceptional technical skills and dedication to seeing the project through, often working very long hours, has been critical to the success of the team working in this area.
3rd Aisling Heaney - Quality Belfast
Aisling took on the role of lead QA and, using the new Quest system to full advantage and Team Quality Reviews, has driven up the Quality scores across key campaigns in Belfast by up to 24%. Well done Aisling!
