Be the Best Award winners for August 09
1st Donna Casey - Centrica campaign, Belfast
Donna's nomination was all about the great service she has been giving to Centrica, going the extra mile for the customer. However, the main aspect about Donna was her commitment to try again for promotion, having failed the last assessment centre. LBM is all about people who, having experienced a setback, want to get up and try again to "Be the Best". If passing assessments was only about willpower and determination, then Donna should go straight to manager. Well done, Donna, and good luck with your next assessment!
2nd Bill Browne - Vodafone Client Services
In other months, Bill would have won first prize. The launch of the new inbound campaign in Belfast, the launch of the new campaign for Asda and very strong positive feedback about Bill from Vodafone - all of this shows Bill to be someone who looks after LBM customers (the real meaning of Managed Accounts). It is long overdue that Bill won an award, as he has been a great contributor at LBM for a long time.
3rd Lee Myers - Data Management
Another long overdue winner is Lee Myers. The professionalism of Lee's work on COI and O2 - our biggest data customers - has been praised by every account manager he works with. Lee often works late or goes the extra mile to make sure LBM never lets a customer down. Professionalism and delivery are at the heart of our Managed Accounts service to customers. Well done, Lee!
