CHARITY
We actively support several charities on an ongoing basis. As a company we prefer to support causes local to LBM offices and contact centres.
Payroll - Giving in Action
LBM employees contribute in excess of £20,000 per year from their salaries, through our Payroll Giving in Action scheme. The money raised goes to various charities including Cancer Research, Barnardo's and the RSPCA.
Charitable Partnerships
LBM has a charitable partnership with The Christie. Our Contact Centre General Managers set monthly fundraising targets for all their contact centre staff, to help The Christie raise money towards treatment, education and research.
For the last three years, LBM's Belfast contact centre has supported the Children in Need annual fund raising event.
As well as raising money themselves, many LBM employees have given their time voluntarily to enable our contact centre to be used to take calls on behalf of people pledging money. Fundraising days are held for any members of staff not involved in the contact centres to donate.
Community Awards
LBM are proud to be a business partner of both the Belfast Business Top 50 awards and the 'Aisling' community awards which honour champions for change in Belfast in the field of Business, Arts and Sports.
